Storm clouds coalesce instantly as lightning arcs downward, creating a circuit between the tower and the sky. With a blinding flash, the generator disgorges bolts of power that arc through the enemy ranks. Stormsmith Storm Tower comes in a blister. A player may field two Stormsmith Storm Towers for each warcaster in a Cygnar army.
